Bellydance Fitness

This class is designed to improve overall women’s fitness, held in our women only studios. It is open to all levels and can be complementary to your bellydance classes routine.
It focuses on toning, strengthening, stretching, mobility and mindfulness, merged with fun belly dance combinations. This training will allow you to improve your posture, flexibility, slimming and toning the critical areas such as glutes, legs, tummy and under arms. It’s an one hour complete workout that will save you time at the gym.
A must for all women wanting to improve their flexibility and fitness level.

Elisa

Elisa’s passion for belly dance started in 2006 during her trip to Tunisia where she had a chance to listen to an authentic Arabic music and see belly dance shows.
Since then she attended multiple classes and workshops in Italy. After moving to London Elisa joined Arabian Rose Belly dance school and continued her training with Marta Eltohamy. She undertook the Teacher Training Diploma course and is now teaching group classes, workshops and one to one sessions.

Elisa believes that belly dance has a therapeutic and empowering effect and is a great confidence booster. Her classes are fun and upbeat. She enjoys teaching technique as well as beautiful combos and choreographies. Happiness and progress of her students is what counts for her most!
