Bellydance Fitness
This class is designed to improve overall women’s fitness, held in our women only studios. It is open to all levels and can be complementary to your bellydance classes routine.
It focuses on toning, strengthening, stretching, mobility and mindfulness, merged with fun belly dance combinations. This training will allow you to improve your posture, flexibility, slimming and toning the critical areas such as glutes, legs, tummy and under arms. It’s an one hour complete workout that will save you time at the gym.
A must for all women wanting to improve their flexibility and fitness level.
